TOPIC: ANGELMAN-SYNDROME
The purpose of this paper is to offer the student an individual opportunity to reflect on the course genetics course readings, supplemental reading offerings, case studies, lectures, discussions and various activities across the course. Each individual student is to create a REFLECTIVE ESSAY (course outcomes are the following : SAFETY, EVIDENCED BASED PRACTICE, COMMUNICATION, INTERPROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION, QUALITY IMPROVEMENT, INFORMATION MANAGEMENT, AND LEADERSHIP IN THE NURSING FIELD & SUMMARIZING THE ROLES OF NURSES (e.g, Nurses are patient’s ADVOCATE, EDUCATE PATIENTS )outlining two examples of activities completed focusing on how this course has engaged and fulfilled learning platforms for all seven Program Outcomes while integrating Course Outcomes. All seven program outcomes should be discussed using course outcomes as examples. Students should offer at least two examples of activities from the class experience to explain each and every program outcome. This reflective writing should be between 5 and 6 pages long, following 6TH edition of APA format and a minimum of three references per paragraph.
